Fat Burning Furnace
Designed by Rob Poulos, Fat Burning Furnace is a weight loss program that shows you how you can get slimmer and teaches you the 5 facts of permanent fat loss. Rob spent years trying to find a good fat loss program, and finally decided to create his own, based on his experiences.
This 128 page e-book has three different sections and is in digital format for instant download. The first section will give you some basic information about fat loss and introduces the program.
The second section covers the fitness aspect of the program and gives you relevant information about exercises and workouts. The last section of the book covers nutrition, so you know exactly what you need to eat with the exercise routine. You’ll also get many great bonuses and free tools, including email support. The book has 2 options available, the Deluxe version, and the Ultimate version. The Deluxe version is currently priced at $39.97 and the Ultimate is $69.97, but at present they have a special on the Ultimate package to sell for the same price as the Deluxe. This is a limited offer and could be pulled at anytime. There is also a 60 day no questions asked money back guarantee if you feel this program is not for you.
Fat Burning Furnace system is basically a set of exercise routines combined with a basic eating plan, that aim to maintain pressure on your body to burn fat even when not exercising. The author does not believe in long workouts, or any sort of cardiovascular workouts, so his workouts involve just weights and can be completed in as little as 15 – 25 minutes a day.
The primary focus of the system is to perform some targeted exercises like curls for your arms, but perform them very slowly to maximize the impact they have. This also means you only have to do one set of the exercises, unlike the 3 sets most people are encouraged to do, which allows you to complete the workouts so quickly.
Since Fat Burning Furnace is not a crazy fad diet, you should expect to see more modest fat loss results. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t see great results quickly. Most customers show great results after only a week, losing around 3-5 pounds. After about a month, many lose 10-15 pounds. These seem to be pretty normal results for people following the Fat Burning Furnace program. While results depend on many different factors, you should see results close to these if you follow the program correctly.
The system could include more information on diet and nutrition, and it looks like this was added afterward to complement the exercises as it is not as comprehensive as the information regarding the workouts.
is a fat loss guide that provides an easy to follow plan that is suitable for people with hectic lives. While it does focus on good nutrition and exercise, it won’t require you to make any dramatic changes to your life to see results. If you’re willing to put in the effort with this program, you should see great fat loss results.
This system comes from the same people who created the “7 Secrets” eBook available free to readers of this blog. 7 Ways To Fit Exercise Into Your Busy Day
Your lifestyle, like many people today, is packed full, what with working long hours and tending to the kids and all their activities. You might think you can’t possibly add one more thing to your day so exercise gets shoved to the bottom of your priority list. But exercise is important because it helps you maintain or lose weight and helps with stress levels and your sense of well-being. People who exercise tend to live longer and are healthier than those who don’t. You want that, don’t you?
Take a look at your lifestyle and consider the following tips to squeezing some exercise into your day. Not only will you feel better, but you will be a good exercise role model for your kids.
1. If you find yourself watching TV in the evening, don’t sit down on the couch. Instead, use a resistance band that you can pick up rather inexpensively at a sporting goods store. It’s a rubber tubing with handles on each end and you can exercise both your upper and lower body… all while watching TV or even when helping kids with the homework.
2. Use your breaks and lunch hour to go for a brisk walk. It’s possible you may find a great route around your office that you can take. Fresh air and your walking shoes are all that’s required. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, try walking at a nearby mall or up and down the stairs in your office building.
3. If you have an errand to run that’s a short distance away, try walking instead of driving. If it’s farther away, park at the back of the parking lot and walk from there. It takes a little getting used to as you’re probably accustomed to looking for the closest parking spot, but make it a new habit to park as far from the store as you can.
4. Make healthy choices with your food so you’re not feeling forced to do more exercise than you have time for. That super-sized fast food lunch is going to take a lot more exercise to burn off than a chicken salad and apple will.
5. Sometimes people don’t feel like exercising after work because they have no energy left. This can be due to poor eating habits, like eating lots of refined sugar in the afternoon, that causes an energy crash. Have a snack in the afternoon that fills up your energy tank.
6. If you don’t feel you have any time to exercise during your busy day, wake up 15-20 minutes earlier in the morning and get your exercise in then. Need your sleep? Then cut your TV viewing time down in the evening and go to bed earlier. A short but effective exercise video in the morning or a fast walk with hand weights can leave you feeling good the rest of the day.
7. Instead of trying to exercise after the kids are in bed, include your kids in your exercise plans. Instead of watching them play at the park, play with them. Chasing them around, lifting them up to the monkey bars, playing tag, hiking, biking, chasing a Frisbee, playing tennis, and shooting baskets are all activities best enjoyed with someone else.
It might require a little work, but there are ways you can sneak some exercise into your routine. Pick activities you enjoy, otherwise you won’t stick with them. Exercise does not have to be two hours lifting weights at the gym. Get creative and start moving.
Green Tea Weight Loss Plan
Many people are now turning to inexpensive and natural green tea weight loss plans to help them in their weight control efforts. It is simple too. Green tea can be drunk like any other tea, usually without milk or sweeteners, or if you do not like the taste you can purchase green tea extract.
Research has shown that green tea helps to reduce weight by stimulating the body’s thermogenesis process, which increases the expenditure of energy and the oxidization of fat in the body. Many compounds found in plants have this effect. The special thing about green tea is that it does not increase the heart rate, and is therefore believed to be safer than diet pills such as ephidrine that also work by stimulating thermogenesis.
A lot of people who are overweight have or are at risk of developing hypertension and other cardiovascular problems, so the fact that green tea does not put pressure on the heart makes it a good choice. Ephidrine is not usually recommended if you are in this group but green tea is considered a safe option. It means that you can gradually increase your exercise levels without increasing your risk of heart problems.
There are only two ways to lose weight: one way is by eating less (consuming fewer calories) and the other is by increasing expenditure of energy (using up more calories). Green tea works by increasing output and this can be by around 4%. Most scientists believe that this is caused by the high quantity of catechin that is in the tea and its extract.
Green tea has the added benefit of containing powerful antioxidants that may be beneficial to your health in many ways, strengthening the immune system and protecting against disease.
Keep in mind that green tea does contain caffeine so you should cut out coffee and other forms of tea while you are taking it. Decaffeinated green tea is not recommended because the chemical processes that are used to remove the caffeine may destroy the beneficial properties of the plant.
At the same time you will need to exercise control in what you eat. If you eat more to compensate for the calories that are burnt by the tea, you will not lose any weight. Keeping to the same calorific intake that you have now and taking green tea should result in gradual weight loss and better energy levels over a few weeks. You can of course increase the speed of this by reducing calorie consumption and/or increasing exercise.
Green tea is a simple, easy and inexpensive weight control aid that can easily be incorporated into any weight loss program. The choice of tea or extract offers something for everybody. Natural and safe, green tea weight loss should feature in your program if you want to keep the weight off permanently.
How To Lose Weight-Fewer Calories Or More Exercise?
There is the idea that a lot of exercise is the perfect solution to weight loss. Eat whatever you want and as long as you exercise you will be able to maintain a healthy weight. While there is a lot of truth to this, many people in our society claim that they sometimes find it impossible to exercise enough to make sure that they are maintaining a healthy weight let alone drop any extra pounds. So does this mean that we are all going to end up overweight because we cannot spend hours in the gym each week? Of course not, but if you do not watch the amount of calories you are taking in you could very well end up facing some weight issues.
If you are already looking to shed some unwanted pounds and feel that you are never going to be able to accomplish that because you are unable to find enough time to exercise, you no longer have to worry. Studies have shown that a low calorie diet along with drinking at least eight glasses of water a day can help a person drop the weight even without the exercise we were originally programmed to believe we must have to achieve our goals. Whenever you find yourself with a spare moment though, it is in your physical best interest to get some exercise. Go for a walk or jump on the treadmill. Anything and everything helps so do not forget completely about good old fashioned exercise.
Of course, exercising on a daily basis is ideal and if a person could at least get out and about in the gym a couple of times a week that would be great. But if you are not someone who has the time for that right now, you can still lose the weight. There is no need to continue to put off dropping those extra pounds because with a controlled diet you can finally achieve your dream weight goal. You can continue living the daily routine you are used to, eat so that you are not starving, and lose weight without even really trying too hard.
A great way to make sure that you are getting a reduced calorie diet but yet still getting enough nutrition to keep you healthy is to plan out your meals and snacks. By making sure that you are getting in enough whole grains, vegetables, and fruits you are getting a lot of the nutrition you need. All while maintaining a healthy low calorie diet. Try to avoid things such as cheese, sugar, calorie-packed meats, and foods high in unhealthy fat.
By taking such simple steps, you will soon see that you are on your way to a much healthier lifestyle. This of course, will be accompanied by weight loss, which is something that is great when it is done the right way. Just make sure that even after you have achieved your weight goal you are continuing with your new healthy way of eating to maintain that weight.
Some Ideas To Keep Your Weight Down This Winter
It happens every year. At the beginning of the New Year, people make resolutions to lose weight in the coming year. Wouldn’t it be great if you could stop making that resolution for once? There are ways to keep the pounds off this winter if you’re willing to make the effort.
What you eat greatly influences how much you weigh. That’s why most people think of going on a diet when they want to lose weight. Did you know your food and beverage choices can also help you keep weight off during colder months?
Colder months often mean there’s less to keep you busy. This means you’ll also be less active. If you snack, be sure your snack food of choice is healthy. Vegetable sticks and fruit slices are less likely to pack on the pounds than fudge, sugary cookies, or warm brownies. However, you don’t have to totally give up sweets. When you do crave something sweet you can cut up fruit and spoon it over angel food cake. You’ll have the sweet taste you desire without all the extra sugar and fat.
Make home-made soups and stews from scratch rather than choosing canned varieties. You’ll have more control over what goes into them. You can add fresh ingredients as well as leave out the preservatives and chemicals which are often a part of processed foods. Freshly prepared foods are healthier for you and taste better, too.
Don’t forget to use your crock pot if you have one. There are so many dishes to make in a crock pot – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert can all be made in one. And what could be better than putting the ingredients into the crock pot in the morning and having a hot, healthy meal ready to eat when you get home from your daily activities?
Use skim milk rather than whole or 2% milk. This will save both calories and fat which you really don’t need if you’re trying to keep the pounds at bay. Low-fat cheese is another food you can use to save calories. Also, trim the excess fat and remove the skin to save calories from the meats you eat.
When holiday get-togethers begin to fill your calendar, remember to eat something healthy before you leave. This will fill you up so you’re less tempted to reach for a second helping or the sweets that seem to grace the table during the winter months. You can also drink a full glass of water before eating so you won’t be as likely to overeat.
If you do find you’ve over-indulged, don’t berate yourself. Instead, find an outdoor activity you can enjoy which will get you moving and burning those extra calories. Cross country or mountain skiing, snowboarding, or snow shoeing are all options. You may also enjoy taking a walk in the brisk air and falling snow. You can even go running in colder weather if that’s your favorite exercise. Be sure to dress appropriately to reduce the possibility of frostbite or hypothermia.
If outdoor activities aren’t appealing, you can also find things to keep you active indoors. Join a gym, do aerobics with friends, buy a stationary bike or treadmill. The important thing is to keep moving.
There’s no way to guarantee you won’t gain weight, but using these ideas for ways to keep the pounds off this winter may give you a better shot at keeping the extra pounds away. Remember, every day you choose what you eat and how active you are.
