Hi, nice clause. Just add few remarks. Low fat begins with learning labels and deflecting steamed foods. You can eat lean essences like chicken, pork and even lean steak like sirloin. Lots of fruits and veggies…..salads, but you have to watch the dressing. Salad Dressings can have a ton of fat. There are deals of things that you can get….just take your tags and prepare with blue oil. Also, don’t think of it as a dieting…think of it as a life style transfer. You can still eat “bad stuff” now and again, as long as you usually eat low fat diets and healthy one.
